1983-1985 Justice Khachatryan served in the Soviet Army.
He is author of more than 100 scientific papers, including 5 monographs, 1 monograph (co-authored), 1 teaching manual and 2 scientific presentations. Under his scientific supervision (consulting) were prepared and defended 18 candidate of Law (PhD) and 1 doctoral of Law Sciences dissertations.
