ANNOUNCEMENT
At the session held on February 13, 2024, the Constitutional Court considered the case concerning the constitutionality of Article 120 § 1(5) of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia, raised by the application of Arusyak Aleksanyan. In this case, the Constitutional Court failed to render a decision on the merits due to a tie vote, therefore, in accordance with Article 62 § 9 of the Constitutional Law on the Constitutional Court, the application of Arusyak Aleksanyan was deemed rejected, on which it was announced in the courtroom.
