AMBASSADOR'S FAREWELL VISIT
On June 23, the farewell meeting of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to Armenia Mr. Reiner Morell with the Members and the Staff of the Constitutional Court was held at the RA Constitutional Court.
Mr. Gagik Harutyunyan, the President of the RA Constitutional Court welcomed the guest and introduced him to those present. Close cooperation between the RA Constitutional Court and the constitutional courts of the Federal Republic of Germany was emphasized at the meeting, which has been going on for decades. The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Yerevan, as well as the Yerevan office of the German Society for International Development (GIZ) implementing programs to promote judicial reforms in the South Caucasus, played a significant role in strengthening and developing this cooperation.
This cooperation continues to this day, with the active participation of German experts in the process of constitutional reforms in the Republic of Armenia. Participants of the meeting wished the Ambassador every success.
