Yervand Khundkaryan was elected as the Judge of the Constitutional Court
On 18 September 2020, the oath taking ceremony of Yervand Khundkaryan took place at the sitting of the National Assembly, and the latter assumed office forthwith after taking the oath in accordance with article 5 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia on the Constitutional Court.
While introducing the newly elected judge to the Staff of the Constitutional Court, Ashot Khachatryan, The ad interim President of the Constitutional Court, wished him successful tenure at the Constitutional Court for the benefit of the rule of law and strengthening of the constitutionalism.
On 15 September 2020, upon the decision DNA-007-A of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia - Yervand Khundkaryan was elected as the Judge of the Constitutional Court.
