STUDENTS OF EURASIA HIGH-SCHOOL COLLEGE AND TATEV SCHOOL MADE A STUDY VISIT TO THE RA CONSTITUTIONAL COURT
Students of Tatev School and Eurasia High School-College were hosted at the RA Constitutional Court. After the study visit to the High Court, the young people had meetings with Fenya Aghabekyan and Samvel Hakobyan, experts of the Expertise-Analytic Division of the Legal-Advisory Department of the Constitutional Court.
During the meetings, the experts of the Constitutional Court presented the features of the development of the Armenian constitutional law, also emphasizing that the formation and preservation of the Armenian statehood are based on the fundamental and insurmountable principles of the Armenian statehood and the nationwide goals set by the Armenian people in the statehood documents. In the context of the above, the students were also acquainted with the state-preserving mission of the Constitutional Court in comprehending the will of the Constituent power.
Special attention was drawn to the procedure for the formation of the Constitutional Court as the High Court and the objectives of its activities, emphasizing the place and role of the Constitutional Court in the system of state authorities.
