WORLD FOURTH CONGRESS CONCLUDED THE WORK
A plenary session entitled "Law and State" was held within the framework of the Fourth Congress of the World Conference on Constitutional Justice in Vilnius. Professor Alexandru Tănase presented a comprehensive comparative analysis based on national reports.
Professor Gagik Harutyunyan, President of the RA Constitutional Court, Doctor of Law presented an opponent report (the full text of the report is available online with the following link) at the plenary session.
The plenary session entitled "Law and Individual" was held in the framework of the Congress. According to the practice, the issue of independence of the Constitutional Courts was discussed within the framework of a separate plenary session.
During the final session of the Congress, the issues raised by the speakers of the plenary sessions were summed up.
The Congress concluded its work with the adoption of the Vilnius communiqué, which summed up the main results of the Congress.
