MEETING AND WORKSHOP AT THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT
On April 10, 2024, Constitutional Court’s Vice-President, Justice Vahe Grigoryan hosted Judge Todd Eddins of the Supreme Court of the US State of Hawaii.
Welcoming the guest, Vice-President Grigoryan emphasized the importance of dialogue between the courts and the professional interest of judges in the study of the legal systems of the two countries. Judge Eddins expressed gratitude for the warm reception, emphasizing the importance of organizing mutual visits aimed at enhancing cooperation and exchange of experience.
The meeting was followed by a workshop and professional discussion on the “Methodological Approaches to the Interpretation of the Constitution: the experience of the United States”. The employees of the professional departments of the staff of the Constitutional Court also participated in the discussion.
