At the session of 15 November 2022, the Constitutional Court examined the case on conformity with the Constitution of Article 35 and Chapter 41 of Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia adopted on 1 July 1998 based on the application submitted by Hrayr Tovmasyan. In the mentioned case, the Constitutional Court did not render a decision on the merits due to the tie of votes; therefore, in accordance with Part 9 of Article 62 of the Constitutional Law on the Constitutional Court, the application submitted by Hrayr Tovmasyan was rejected, which was announced in the session hall.
