On 29 September, The ad interim President of the Constitutional Court Ashot Khachatryan, sent a letter to Pavel Rychetský, President of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic, Chairman of the Conference of the European Constitutional Courts.
While briefing in details on the large-scale military activities unleashed by Azerbaijan on the entire Karabakh-Azerbaijani line of contact – A. Khachatryan underscored and urged the full members of the Conference of European Constitutional Courts to take meaningful actions to condemn and halt Azerbaijani aggressive policy which cannot be defined anyhow but war-crimes-oriented and existential threat towards the fundamental human rights of the civilian population of Armenia and Artsakh.
