On 29 September, The ad interim President of the Constitutional Court Ashot Khachatryan, sent a letter to Kairat Mami, Chairman of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the Eurasian Association of Constitutional Review Bodies. While addressing the acting chairperson of the abovementioned organization and briefing in details on the large-scale military activities unleashed by Azerbaijan on the entire Karabakh-Azerbaijani line of contact – A. Khachatryan drew the attention of the partners from the Eurasian region to the grave violations of fundamental principles of international humanitarian and human rights and suggested to undertake meaningful actions to halt Azerbaijani aggressive policy.
