PRESS-RELEASE ON THE CASE OF CONFORMITY OF THE OBLIGATIONS STIPULATED IN THE INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION AGAINST THE RECRUITMENT, USE, FINANCING AND TRAINING OF MERCENARIES WITH THE CONSTITUTION
At the sessions held on October 23 and 26, 2020 (presiding - A. Dilanyan, rapporteur - V. Grigoryan), the Constitutional Court considered the case on determining the compliance of the obligations enshrined in the Convention against the Recruitment, Use, Financing and Training of Mercenaries with the Constitution.
In this case, the Constitutional Court ruled that the obligations enshrined in this Convention are in compliance with the Constitution.
