The application of the Constitutional Court submitted to the European Court of Human Rights for receiving advisory opinion on the cases accepted for examination based on the applications filed by Robert Kocharyan and the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan was accepted for consideration on October 2, 2019.
