JUDGE OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT YERVAND KHUNDKARYAN RECEIVES STUDENTS OF YEREVAN STATE UNIVERSITY

On December 2, 2021, at the initiative of the student scientific society of the Faculty of Law of Yerevan State University, the students of this faculty visited the Constitutional Court, where they were received by Judge of the Constitutional Court Yervand Khundkaryan.
During the meeting, E. Khundkaryan introduced the students to the mission and specifics of the activities of the Constitutional Court, and also answered their questions.
During the meeting, the students got acquainted with the peculiarities of relations between the Constitutional Court and the judiciary of the Republic of Armenia, as well as with the delineation of powers of the Constitutional Court and the Court of Cassation. A number of issues were also considered in connection with the role and significance of the decisions of the Constitutional Court in the legal system of Armenia.
