PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT ARMAN DILANYAN PARTICIPATED IN THE LAUNCHING CONFERENCE OF THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE ACTION PLAN FOR ARMENIA 2023-2026
The Action plan for Armenia 2023-2026 was officially launched at the joint initiative of the Council of Europe and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia. The official event was followed by a Conference and reception dedicated to the effectiveness of the Action Plan.
President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia Arman Dilanyan delivered a speech at the Conference dedicated to the effectiveness of the action plan.
Heads of agencies of the Republic of Armenia cooperating with the Council of Europe within the Action Plan, diplomatic missions of Council of Europe Member and Observer States accredited in the Republic of Armenia, international organizations, international financial institutions, as well as high-ranking representatives of NGOs participated in the event.
