VISIT OF THE DELEGATION OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT TO THE HIGH COURT AND OTHER JUDICIAL INSTANCES OF THE KINGDOM OF THE NETHERLANDS
On March 28, 2024, within the framework of the visit to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the delegation of the Constitutional Court led by the Constitutional Court’s Vice-President, Justice Vahe Grigoryan (including Justices Seda Safaryan and Edgar Shatiryan, as well as several employees of the Court’s staff) was hosted by the Supreme Court of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
During the meeting with Ybo Buruma, Judge of the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court, the parties addressed the role of the specialized bodies of constitutional justice in the Kingdom of the Netherlands in preserving the constitutional identity of the states.
Within the framework of the visit to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the delegation of the Constitutional Court also had meetings at the Council for the Judiciary, the Council of State, and the Amsterdam District Court.
