STUDENTS OF THE FRENCH UNIVERSITY WERE HOSTED AT THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT
On November 9, 2023, the students of the French University in Armenia were hosted at the Constitutional Court. Justice of the Constitutional Court Yervand Khundkaryan hosted the senior year students of the Law Faculty.
Within the scope of "Administrative Proceedings", a number of issues on the cassation appeal of judicial acts in administrative proceedings, and the review of judicial acts based on new or newly revealed circumstances were touched upon.
The students also were acquainted with the peculiarities of the activities of the Constitutional Court, the relations with other bodies of the judicial power of the Republic of Armenia, and the separation of the powers of the Constitutional Court and the Cassation Court.
