THE STUDENTS OF THE INTERNATIONAL SUMMER SCHOOL WERE HOSTED AT THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT
On August 16, 2023 students of European universities were hosted at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia. Organized by Eurasia International University, supported by the EU and DAAD, Jean Monnet summer school. "Current Challenges to International and EU Law and Politics: The security and human rights crises in the European neighborhood" (Yerevan, August 14-25, 2023) the Justice of the Constitutional Court, Vice President Vahe Grigoryan met with the students of the summer school.
Justice Grigoryan presented the students the issues of institutional and methodical development of constitutional justice in Armenia, as well as the role of the Constitutional Court in establishing the Armenian legal system. Reference was made to the role of international legal standards in the domestic legal system.
The meeting held at the High Court was attended by the European University Frankfurt Oder, Freie University Berlin, European University, Fulda University of Applied Sciences, University College Dublin, University of Leipzig, University of Trier, London School of Economics and Political Science, Christian-Albrecht Kiel University, Goethe University Frankfurt am Main, University, Passau University, Nova University, Yerevan State University, State Administration Academy and Eurasia International University students.
A lively discussion followed the meeting.
