JUSTICE OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT ARAIK TUNYAN HAS BEEN ELECTED JUDGE OF THE COURT OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC UNION
Due to the election as a Judge of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union, the powers of the Justice of the Constitutional Court Araik Tunyan were terminated upon his application, in accordance with Article 147 § 2 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly.
The President, Justices and the Staff of the Constitutional Court congratulate Justice A. Tunyan on the occasion of his election as a Judge of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union, expressing gratitude for many years of fruitful activity as a Justice of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia, and expressing confidence that the high professionalism and professional activity of Mr Tunyan will be of great importance in increasing the efficiency of the activities of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union.
