PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT HOSTED THE PARTICIPANTS OF THE “WINTER SCHOOL” PROGRAMME OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC UNION
On 25 November 2022, the participants of the Law School "Introduction to the National Law and Legal Education System of EAEU States" paid a study visit to the Constitutional Court. The visit was organized upon the initiative of the Russian-Armenian University.
During the study visit, President Arman Dilanyan hosted the participants of the Programme and introduced the functions, scope of powers, role and mission of the High Court in the state administration system of the Republic of Armenia. At the request of the participants, Arman Dilanyan also addressed the issue of the implementation of the decisions of the Constitutional Court and the respective current trends.
Within the scope of the study visit, the visitors toured the administrative building of the Constitutional Court, and attended a professional discussion hosted by the Advisor to the President of the Constitutional Court Alina Pkhrikyan.
