ANNOUNCEMENT
Based on the legal regulation prescribed in Part 1 of Article 30 of the Constitutional Law on the Constitutional Court, the Human Rights Defender applied to the Constitutional Court on 20 May 2022 requesting to withdraw the application in the case on conformity of Parts 1-5.1 of Article 416 and Article 422 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia with the Constitution on the basis of the application of the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia.
Based on the request submitted by the Human Rights Defender on 20 May 2022, as well as governed by the above-mentioned Article, the Constitutional Court withdrew the application in the case on conformity of Parts 1-5.1 of Article 416 and Article 422 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia with the Constitution on the basis of the application of the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia.
