UPDATE
At the session of 13 September 2022, the Constitutional Court examined the case on conformity with the Constitution of Article 130 of RA Criminal Procedure Coed on the basis of the Application submitted by Aghvan Hovsepyan. In the mentioned case, the Constitutional Court did not render a decision on the merits due to the tie of votes; therefore, in accordance with Part 9 of Article 62 of the Constitutional Law on the Constitutional Court, the application submitted by Aghvan Hovsepyan was rejected, which was announced in the session hall.
