On behalf of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia, I would like to convey our warmest congratulations on the occasion of the Independence Day of the United States of America.
The Republic of Armenia and the United States of America have traditionally maintained strong partnership based on the mutual trust and respect. I would like particularly to commend the activities and assistance of the U.S. Government Agencies provided for the strengthening of democratic institutions in Armenia, advancing human rights, upholding the rule of law, reforming the judiciary, and combating corruption.
I am hopeful that the bilateral ties between the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia and the Supreme Court of the United States, anchored on the shared democratic values, will continue to strengthen for the benefit of the Armenian-American friendship. In this context, I would like to reiterate our willingness to consider new opportunities for advancing the strategic dialogue between our courts.
