1990 Graduated with honors from Yerevan Vocational Technical School after Oleg Koshevoy

2002 Graduated from the Armenian Agricultural Academy

     Employed as the Head of Production in the commercial company “MOOK”

    Served as the Operator of the General Department at the Office of the President of the Republic of Armenia

    Served as the Leading specialist at the Financial-Housekeeping Division of the Constitutional Court 
  • 2002-2014
    Served as the Procurement Specialist-Supplier at the Staff of the Constitutional Court 
  • 2014-2021
    Served as the Procurement Coordinator (Chief Specialist) of the Staff of the Constitutional Court

    Serves as the Deputy Chief of the Staff of the Constitutional Court
