Davit Hakobyan holds the rank of lieutenant colonel of the Rescue Service.
He was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Prime Minister of the NKR, as well as departmental awards of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia, and the State Emergency Service of the NKR.
He is the author of five scientific articles.
He is married and has one child.
