HRAYR TOVMASYAN HOSTED OSCE ODIHR DELEGATION
On March 5, 2020, Hrayr Tovmasyan, President of the Constitutional Court hosted the members of the delegation of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR).
The interlocutors touched upon the reforms in the judicial-legal sphere of Armenia and legislative processes and challenges. In response to the guests' questions, Hrayr Tovmasyan elaborated on the activities of the Constitutional Court, the recent developments concerning the Constitutional Court and other issues. Reference was also made to the process of amendments to the Constitution, constitutional regulations for the participation of the Constitutional Court in these relations, issues of ensuring the natural functioning of the Constitutional Court, etc.
