THE SIXTH FORUM OF THE SUPERIOR COURTS NETWORK WAS HELD AT THE EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS
Upon the invitation of the European Court of Human Rights, the Assistant to the President of the Constitutional Court Naira Hovhannisyan, as a coordinator of the Constitutional Court at the Superior Courts Network participated in the Sixth Forum of the Superior Courts Network which was held at the European Court of Human Rights (Strasbourg).
The Superior Courts Network was established by the European Court of Human Rights in 2015 which was aimed at contributing to the implementation of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms through the exchange of knowledge on the best practices of national high courts, Convention Case Law, and related issues.
The Sixth Forum of the Superior Courts Network included two case law sessions on the "Independence of the Judiciary" as well as a working group discussion on the "Knowledge Management, Legal Research, and the Role of the Legal Adviser".
