On 17 November 2022, President of the Constitutional Court Arman Dilanyan participated in the activities of the 5th International Conference organized by the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union, titled: "Ensuring the Effectiveness of Access to Justice within the Eurasian Economic Union''. The Conference was convened in online format.

In his welcoming remarks, Arman Dilanyan extended gratitude to Ms Erna Hayriyan, the Chairwoman of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union, and the staff of the Court for the efforts towards convening the International Conference at a high level and developing a wide range of topics for discussion. Welcoming the justices of the EAEU Court, the heads of national delegations of the EAEU Member States and experts participating in the online conference, the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia noted that the consolidation and progress of legal integration processes would also contribute to the structural transformations of the state administration and justice systems of the EAEU Member States, their modernization and digitization, which is vitally important in the context of global developments.

The solemn opening ceremony of the Conference launched with the welcoming remarks delivered by the Chairwoman of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union Erna Hayriyan, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission Mikhail Myasnikovich, Chairman of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kairat Mami, Deputy Chairwoman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus Natalia Karpovich, Vice-Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Kyrgyz Republic Karybek Duisheev, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Lebedev, and the other high-ranking officials also addressed at the opening ceremony of the Conference.
The cooperation of the EAEU Court and the national courts of the EAEU Member States, the current trends of international justice and the issues related to the implementation of the decisions of international courts would be addressed within the framework of the two-day online International Conference.
