PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT HOSTED THE AMBASSADOR OF POLAND TO ARMENIA
On 17 November 2022, President of the Constitutional Court Arman Dilanyan hosted the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland to the Republic of Armenia H.E. Mr Paweł Cieplak.
Arman Dilanyan highly emphasized the cooperation between the Constitutional Court and the Constitutional Tribunal of the Republic of Poland, and restated the commitment of the High Court to promote and enhance the ties with the Constitutional Tribunal of Poland, which stems from the common logic of the Armenian-Polish friendly relations. The President of the Constitutional Court also commended the efforts of the Republic of Poland aimed at facilitating the implementation of the Armenia-EU Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement (CEPA).
In his turn, Ambassador Cieplak referred to the importance of deepening bilateral relations with our country and reiterated the commitment of the Republic of Poland to support the development of democratic institutions and judicial reforms in Armenia.
The parties discussed the matters related to the strengthening of partnership in various spheres, including the rule of law and judicial-legal cooperation. In this context, the interlocutors highly emphasized the Armenian-Polish inter-court dialogue and the organization of high-level reciprocal visits in the near future.
