STUDENTS OF "HAYBUSAK" UNIVERSITY WERE HOSTED AT THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT
On 4 December 2025, students from the Institute of “Law and International Relations” of “Haybusak” University paid a study visit to the Constitutional Court. They were hosted by the Constitutional Court’s Justice Edgar Shatiryan, who delivered a lecture.
Justice Shatiryan presented to the students the structure of the Constitutional Court, the specifics of its activities, and the role of the High Court in the justice system of the Republic of Armenia. He also addressed the constitutional amendments that took place in previous years and the legislative regulations concerning the High Court. At the students’ request, the Constitutional Court’s Justice touched upon a number of notable decisions adopted by both the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) and the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia.
At the end of the meeting, the Constitutional Court’s Justice Edgar Shatiryan responded to the students’ inquiries related to issues of interest to the students.
