PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT HOSTED THE AMBASSADOR OF THE KINGDOM OF THE NETHERLANDS TO THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA
On October 15, 2024, the President of the Constitutional Court, Arman Dilanyan hosted the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Republic of Armenia Marieke Monroy-Winter.
The President of the Constitutional Court congratulated the newly appointed Ambassador on the occasion of the start of the diplomatic mission in the Republic of Armenia. Arman Dilanyan commended the collaboration with the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, emphasizing that the High Court and the Embassy have established an exemplary collaboration.
The President of the Constitutional Court attached importance to the joint projects implemented with the Embassy of the Netherlands for years, which are aimed at promoting the ongoing institutional reforms at the Constitutional Court, improving internal procedures and increasing public accountability.
Ambassador Marieke Monroy-Winter expressed gratitude for the warm reception, reiteratinging the Embassy's commitment to support the legal institutions of Armenia in the implementation of democratic processes. Ms. Monroy-Winter also reiterated her commitment to make the necessary efforts to ensure the continuity and enhancement of the firmly established cooperation with the High Court.
During the meeting, the parties agreed to further develop bilateral cooperation in the format of working groups.
