PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT HOSTED THE AMBASSADOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN TO THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA
On October 1, 2025, the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia, Arman Dilanyan, hosted the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Armenia, Bolat Imanbayev.
Welcoming the guest, the President of the Constitutional Court highly appreciated the warm and friendly relations between the Armenian and Kazakh peoples. Addressing the effective cooperation between the two countries in the field of constitutional justice, Arman Dilanyan emphasized the importance of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the High Courts of Armenia and Kazakhstan within the framework of the official celebration marking the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia noted that the Memorandum establishes a solid foundation for the development and strengthening of interaction between the Constitutional Courts.
During the meeting, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Armenia, Bolat Imanbayev, expressed gratitude for the warm reception, and conveyed to the President of the Constitutional Court of Armenia, Arman Dilanyan, the state award conferred by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev - the Commemorative Medal for the “30th Anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan”. The Ambassador also conveyed a letter of gratitude from the President of the Constitutional Court of Kazakhstan, Elvira Azimova, which particularly highlighted the strengthening of cooperation between the Constitutional Courts of Kazakhstan and Armenia. The President of the Constitutional Court of Kazakhstan also expressed confidence that the interaction between the two High Courts would contribute to the development of legal culture, the strengthening of the supremacy of the Constitution, and the advancement of shared values of justice and democracy.
The Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Armenia, in turn, noted that he is committed to preserving and further enhancing the warm relations between the two friendly countries and their peoples.
