THEMATIC DELIBERATION ON THE RIGHT TO PROPERTY
On May 22, 2019, within the framework of cooperation between the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia and the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), а deliberation was launched with Prof. Dr. Michael Eichberger, former Judge of the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany and Prof. Dr. Rüdiger Rubel, Chairman at the Federal Administrative Court of Germany in the library of the Constitutional Court. The deliberation focused on the right to property, in particular, referred to the dogmatics of article 14 of the Constitution of Germany (the right to property) pursuant to the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany.
Hrayr Tovmasyan, President of the RA Constitutional Court, judges and staff members contributed in the discussion. In his welcome address, Hrayr Tovmasyan, President of the RA Constitutional Court, emphasized the organization of such sectoral discussions and looked forward to the continuous and mutually beneficial cooperation with the German Society for International Cooperation.
The discussion was complemented by a broad question-and-answer exchange.
