WORKSHOP ON THE DOMESTIC REGULATIONS AND INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS OF ETHICS AND GOOD CONDUCT
On January 26-27, within the framework of the Project “Support to the Institutional Reforms of the Constitutional Court”, the Workshop on the “Domestic Regulations of Ethics and Good Conduct of Public Servants and International Practice” was launched. Justices and the staff of professional divisions of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia participated in the Workshop.
The Workshop included topics on “Domestic Regulations of Ethics and Good Conduct", and “International Standards of Good Conduct and the Rule of Law in Europe”.
The speakers, Esther de Rooij, Deputy President of the Court of Amsterdam, and Haykuhi Harutyunyan, former Chairperson of the RA Corruption Prevention Commission, touched upon the issue of standards of ethics and good conduct, namely, the guidelines, training, liability measures, and international practice.
The Workshop was organized by the Europe in Law Association with the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Armenia.
